MGI Research is conducting an in-depth study on how organizations manage through major transformational corporate milestones – i.e., mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), spin-offs and divestitures, and going-private transactions. We are seeking to identify broad characteristics that separate leaders in transformational excellence from the average organization. This includes best practices, metrics and benchmarks, technology tools, strategies, and staffing decisions.
